01/25/2012 1:47    BROADWAY NORTH WHITE  PLAINS NY CIVIL COMPLAINT    
    Employee reports that a vehicle drove off
    without paying for fuel a few minutes ago. He
    reports that NY registration on a
    dark grey vehicle left without paying for a
    few dollar of gas. He was unsure as to which
    direction the vehicle went. PO advised to check
    area of Bedford Road where the vehicle
    is registered.
    02:00:20 PO reports no larceny occurred.
    There was a mistake made by employee
    when programming the pump for a $10.00
    gas purchase and the operator of said
    suspect vehicle pumped an additional $2.00
    of fuel into his vehicle.  Restitution was
    arranged and matter adjusted.

01/25/2012 10:33 CENTER STREET NEW ROCHELLE NY   HOT LINE    
    Station 37 New Rochelle PD reports an armed
    home invasion at listed location. Wanted in
    connection are 2 M/B who spoke Spanish and
    wore masks. A handgun was displayed during
    the incident. Taken was an undisclosed
    amount of cash and jewelry. No further
    information was available. All units advised.

01/25/2012 15:33 CARUSO PLACE ARMONK NY  SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
    Anonymous caller reports a vehicle possibly
    being driven by a minor near listed location.
    Vehicle was described only as a tan sedan.
    PO reports locating the party
    that location, who was 15 years of age, and
    who admitted to having operated his parents'
    vehicle. That party's mother was advised of
    this matter. Matter to be TOT Youth officer.

01/26/2012 8:41     SR 433/PALMER RD ARMONK NY ANIMAL INJURED    
    Caller reports that a deer was struck by a
    vehicle near listed location. PO
    reports locating the deer, which was injured.
    The animal was dispatched without incident.

01/26/2012 11:32  MAIN STREET/WHIPPOORWILL RD E ACCIDENT PDAA    NC-     ARMONK NY
    Callers report that a vehicle struck a utility
    pole near listed location. Conflicting
    information was received regarding possible
    injuries. AFD Ambulance was dispatched.
    PO reports that involved vehicle is FL
    and that operator was RMA at scene.
    Vehicle was removed.

01/26/2012 12:31 HICKORY KINGDOM RD BEDFORD SUSPICIOUS PERSON
    12:32:00 Complainant reports observing 2 male
    parties, possibly hunters, carrying what
    appeared to be rifles on the property
    adjoining hers. PO reports
    locating and speaking with those parties, who
    checked OK. Parties were advised of hunting
    regulations in the area, which were confirmed
    by DEC PD via telephone.

01/27/2012 Desk 18:51 BROADWAY NORTH WHITE POLICE PLAINS INFORMATION
    Complainant came in to report that last
    Sunday he was at the above location when
    he lost money and was concerned that he
    may have been pick pocketed.  He states he
    checked out at the cash register and placed
    his wallet in his coat pocket.  He put his
    groceries in his car and drove home.  He
    realized that his wallet was not in his coat
    pocket and went back to the Stop & Shop.  
    One of the employees there observed his
    wallet in a baby carriage and the wallet was
    eventually returned to him with all of its
    contents minus approximately $65 in cash.  
    Witness deposition filed and Owners deposition filed.
    19:04:10 Complainant states he went back to the Stop
    & Shop and went through the video cameras
    with the store manager. They observed him
    at the cash register and leaving the store.  
    They did not note anyone suspicious around
    him and found no video of him at his vehicle.  
    he wished to make this a matter of record at
    this time in case a pattern forms of the same
    type of suspicious activity at the store.

01/27/2012 19:50  CAREY DR BEDFORD NY  SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
    NORTH CASTLE PD BANKSVILLE FD ARMONK FD AMBA
    19:35:37 Complainant called in via 911 and states
    someone rang his doorbell and no one was at
    the door when he went to answer it
    PO checked the area with negative results
    and spoke to the homeowner who stated he
    never witnessed any person/persons ring his
    bell, but that it was activated twice in a five
    minute span and when he went to the door
    no one was was present.

01/27/2012 22:52 OLD ORCHARD ST N WHITE PLAINS NY  MISSING PERSON ADULT
    Jennie Clarkson security personnel called to
    report a missing person, a hispanic male, last seen wearing a blue
    jacket, red sneakers and black hoodie.  He is
    approximately 155 lbs, 5'7" and 17 years old.  
    He is mentally disabled and non violent.  He
    was last seen at the facility at 2100 hours.
    23:00:21 Hot Line message broadcasted to all stations
    23:18:25 Contacted WCPD who is responding with a
    tracking dog
    1/28/2012 00:04:06 PO reports WC DPS Canine Unit
    on scene.
    00:18:5 reports track started.
    02:49:52 PO reports track is completed with negative results.
    03:00:58 POs report clear from
    the scene, unable to locate party.
    04:22:56 DO contacted a key holder to
    unlock the main gate at BOCES and he will
    arrive within 20 minutes to do so.
    04:37:12 Do contacted Northern Westchester Hospital
    Event Associations ER, Westchester Medical Center ER, White
    Plains Hospital ER and Greenwich Hospital ER
    in an attempt to locate missing party with
    negative results. Listed hospitals were
    provided with a description and known
    pedigree information and to BOLO for same.
    04:58:04 PO reports that the gate has been
    unlocked and that he checked the grounds
    with negative results.
    05:13:09 At 0500 the NWP FD was dispatched by WC
    DES to assist in the search. A picture of the
    missing person was faxed to White Plains PD,
    MTA PD, DEP PD and Harrison PD.
    05:18:54 MTA PD contacted to ascertain whether or
    not they had any contact with missing person
    or John Doe's on the Harlem Line this
    evening. Negative results.
    05:29:43
    Sgt DEP PD advised NCPD
    that their marine unit has conducted 2 passes
    of the entire eastern shore of the Kensico
    Reservoir using thermal imaging cameras
    with negative results
    05:32:40 Sgt advised that command post has been
    established at the intersection of Old Orchard
    Street and SR 22 and that NWP FD personnel
    are on scene.
    06:10:22 LT reports that NWP FD personnel and
    3 PD teams are commencing an intensive
    search of the Jennie Clarkson Campus at this time.
    06:52:17 MTA PD reports that they have located our
    missing person in Grand Central Terminal. All
    units and supervisors advised.
    07:16:49 Hit confirmation request received from MTA
    PD and reply was sent.

01/28/2012 8:23 CAT ROCKS DR BEDFORD NY AIDED GENERAL RESD                     
    08:25:22 Female caller called E911 from her residence
    to report that her father is having a heart
    attack at Cat Rocks Dr.
    08:32:54 Officer reports Banksville FD Chief on scene.
    08:58:33 Party transported to Northern Westchester
    Hospital with ALS on board.

01/28/2012 10:18 SR 120/AIRPORT ACCESS RD ARMONK ACCIDENT FATAL  New King St -NW  Sector  North Castle NY 
    WCPD and several cell callers report a two MVA at
    listed location. County PD reports party is
    injured and needs extrication. 60 Control was
    notified by the WCPD.
    

01/29/2012 Desk    5:18 BEDFORD RD ARMONK NY HOT LINE    
    Station 37 New Rochelle reports an armed
    robbery at Eastchester Rd.  Wanted is a
    black male, 5'09" - 5'10", approximately 30
    yoa, wearing all black clothing, glasses and a
    mustache.  Suspect displayed a handgun.  
    Taken from the residence : 2 cellular
    telephones, 1 purse and car keys.  Party fled
    the area on foot.  Patrols notified.

01/30/2012 8:49 BEDFORD-BANKSVILLE RD BEDFORD NY ANIMAL INJURED          
            Party reports an injured deer in the roadway
            on Bedford-Banksville Road somewhere
            between Banksville Road and Round House Rd. 
            P.O. responded and reports locating animal
            just north of Smith Farm Rd.
            09:15:47 P.O. Animal was dispatched, requests County DOT be notified for pickup. 

 01/30/2012 9:46 20 OLD POST RD ARMONK NY AIDED GENERAL
            Caller reports a female party has collapsed at
            location. Caller was unable to give further details.
            09:58:05 P.O. reports party is apparently
            having a diabetic emergency and is losing
            consciousness.  Requests EMS be expedited.
            10:08:  Armonk Ambulance transporting party to
            Northern Westchester.

     01/30/2012  READER'S DIGEST CHAPPAQUA NY ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
            Party called E911 to report that she had just
            been rear ended in front of Reader's Digest
            and was not hurt, but the other driver left the
            scene.  Due to poor cell service call was
            dropped before D/O could transfer it to New
            Castle PD.  D/O subsequently contacted New
            Castle PD via landline and informed them of
            incident.

 01/30/2012 14:12 MAPLE AVE & BEDFORD RD ARMONK ASSIST OTHER            

            BH transportation reports that

            NCHD is doing work at the listed intersection

            and has a lane closed, and she requests

            assistance from this department at 1430

            hours to get the buses through at dismissal. 

            Sgt. spoke to NCHD foreman at

            location and reports work will be completed

            and roadway reopened prior to 1430 hours.

 

01/30/2012 21:32  LAKE ST HARRISON NY HOT LINE           

            Station 30 Harrison reports a robbery at

            Lake Street.  Wanted in connection is 2 males

            and 1 female who fled in a red Toyota Camry

            with NY registration. Victim was

            assaulted with a hammer.  His watch and

            blackberry was taken.

           

01/30/2012  22:38 MAIN ARMONK NY SUSPICIOUS PERSON

            Caller reports 2 suspicious males at the drive

            through ATM at location.  One is described as

            a m/b dressed as security guard and the

            other is a m/w with a hat.  Both parties are

            on foot.  PO reports speaking with those parties

            earlier in tour.  One was a technician and the other

            was an armed guard. ATM appears normal and

             intact.  

 01/30/2012 22:54 WRIGHTS MILL RD ARMONK NY SUSPICIOUS PERSON

            Caller reports 10 minutes in the past a green

            van pulled into his driveway and two male

            parties walked around his residence.  When

            they turned on the lights parties ran back to

            van and drove away.  PO reports out with possible
 
            van fitting description on Maple Ave.

            Operator stated he was picking up furniture

            at Wrights Mill but went to wrong house

            by mistake. Operator was picking up

            furniture.  PO contacted owner of

            Wrights Mill and she stated those parties

            were picking up items from her residence. 

            PO reports vehicle and parties check okay

            and were sent on their way.  Complainant

            advised of outcome.

 01/31/2012 6:24 BEDFORD RD ARMONK NY SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE

            Caller reports when she went outside to let

            her dogs out this morning she observed a

            vehicle on Bedford Road near her residence

            and a male party was apparently by that

            vehicle dumping something into the woods. 

            Caller stated she became frightened and ran

            back into her house. She was unable to give

            further descriptive information on the vehicle

            or party.  P.O. responded and checked

            the area, apparently GOA.

 01/31/2012 8:59  MACDONALD AVE ARMONK NY SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT

            Byram Hills School District reported receiving

            information about a youth matter

            involving a 6th grade student.  P.O.

            advised and will follow up on this

            incident.

01/31/2012 18:04  SR-22/BUSINESS PARK DR ARMONK NY ACCIDENT PDAA 

            Caller reports being involved in a four car

            MVA with no injuries on SR-22 in the area of

            listed location.

            18:35:13 - PO reports tow needed for V1. 

            18:51:55 - PO reports Operator of vehicle

            complaining of neck pain.  DO notified

           Westchester County DES, which dispatched

           Armonk EMS.

   1/31/2012 19:00 BEDFORD RD ARMONK NY  COLLECTION
            Police Officer reports obtaining a
            DNA specimen from the listed individual as
            per the disposition of a criminal charge in the
            North Castle Town Court. 

01/31/2012 20:27 FIFTH AVE PELHAM NY HOT LINE          
            Pelham PD reports an armed robbery occurring
            in their jurisdiction a few minutes in
            the past from Monterey Ave.  Wanted in
            connection is a black male wearing all black
            and a black and white ski mask.  Party did display a
            black hand gun and fled northbound on foot. 

02/01/2012 15:00 OLD BYRAM LAKE ROAD ARMONK NY ILLEGAL NC DUMPING
          NCHD reports illegal dumping on Old Byram Lake
          Road.
